The main aim is to address logistics sprawl consequences by reducing negative impacts of Paris deliveries through consolidation, massification and transfer to clean transport. The implementation is run by Chronopost.

BAU	Chronopost delivers to central Paris from a warehouse located 20 kilometres from Paris - 100% diesel vans
A1	Chronopost delivers to central Paris from a centrally located logistics hotel (7 kilometres from Paris) - mixed fleet: 10 electric vans + 30 diesel vans
