Common logistics functions for shopping centres

The aim is to identify consolidation and off-hour delivery opportunities for logistics service providers by decoupling the transport leg and in-house transport leg in shopping centres. Steen & Strøm’ seek common functions for in- and outbound freight flows to reduce truck stoppage times and increase in-house logistics efficiency at Økern shopping centre in Oslo. The shopping centre is currently being planned for. This dahsboard compares other shopping centres with comparable logistics functions.
